I don't want to start a bait or troll thread, but I would like to know if anyone has tried the online dating (or "other activities") scene.

I know how ridiculous a question this is - especially here at LOP - but I'm just curious.

I did match.com, yahoo personals, alt.com, plentyoffish and okcupid over a total of two years.

I have a 40yo friend who did well with it for awhile but for me it sucked, although I did get sex on the first date on my first three dates from Yahoo Personals. But it wasn't as good as it sounds.

1) First date was awesome sex but she was permanently brain-damaged from chemo.

2) Second date was sucky sex and I never reached orgasm because she was ... bumbling, I guess is the best description.

3) Third date was a married woman (I think) but I didn't figure it out until a few weeks later.

In short, online dating was a huge time investment with wildly variable results on each date. My date tonight called it the "Endless Blind Date".

Put it this way. If a women wants sex all she has to do is walk outside her front door to get all she wants. So what are they doing on those dating sites? There is a good reason those women are single and looking for a sucker. If they were not problem women they would be taken up in a nano second. They all want something and isn't what is between your legs.

The women on those sites all have lots and lots of baggage. Some are just plain insane and some are just blithering idiots while others are evil conniving whores.

The problems they have range from being up to their ass in debt, to losing their jobs and looking for a sucker to support her and her 3 children. Some have no health insurance and just found out they are sick and ate up with some sort of disease. Some are just plain ugly and fat. Some don't want to date at all and put up ads seeking attention. Some are not even women at all, they are homosexuals pretending to be women so they can talk you into sending them dick pictures that they collect and slobber over. Some are lesbians and have been living with their female lovers for over 20 years but lose their jobs have have to go their own way and look for a man to bail them out...but once a man hater, always a man hater.

Many will make it clear they are Christian women of high morals. Watch out for them. That is their front and explanation as to why they ain't going to give you any sex. They are the real mean ones. Once they pry all the information out of you and there is one thing they don't like they just quit e-mailing you. No explanation after you have talked to them for weeks. Real Christian of them.

But just know this. when one of those whores puts up an ad, even the fat ugly ones get over 100 responses. The good looking ones can get up to a thousand. They can pick and chose and juggle many men at one time. The only good thing is they always pick the wrong guy. The married guy looking for a piece of side ass. They know how to play those stupid women and they fall for those types over and over again because they are brain dead morons. Just figure out what the dumb b*tch wants to hear and regurgitate it back to her. They can never figure out that an honest man will tell them something that they know the women will not want to hear but are being truthful. Nope lies are what sells with these dumb broads.

I run into women that post profiles on plenty of fish all the time...mind you I don't post nor send messages I just look at them. Lemme tell you: Anyone even semi-attractive on those sites has pretty significant problems. I mean either nuts, kids out of wedlock, or zero (or negative) personality. They can also be trannies and/or hookers and/or fake phising profiles. I would steer clear of doing it because I just don't like dealing with most of these kinds of people.

No offense to single mothers though. Oh and...steer clear of the eastern european (russia and block) and chinese women because they're honeypots (i.e. spies).

wow, good question. Let me rummage through my alcohol-soaked brain for a minute. Yes, the third woman (probably married) was traditional thin blonde, cute face, cheerleadery type.

I met several cute women but nothing went past coffee. It's funny, my date tonight was discussing this, that 95% of our dates never go to a second date.

And I realized a few weeks ago that I either banged them on the first date, or not at all. I can't remember a relationship that suddenly went sexual on second or third date, etc.
