If you could print all the pretty paper you wanted to - and call it legal tender, forcing nearly everyone on the planet to use that paper to buy or sell or trade - would you be broke?

Always cracks me up how people like you just aren't bright enough to get whats really going on with these things.

These programs are lobbied for by the people who financially benefit from them the most. In this case, it's the medical industry that gets paid for the procedures that really benefits the most, at least financially.

As usual, the real beneficiaries of these programs get their buddies in the media to help deflect any anger that such programs bring, so as to avoid attention being directed to themselves. Then buffoons like you, who are easily brainwashed by the media, are conditioned to blame the recipient of such services, not the recipients of the pay.

The government would never implement such a program to help out the little guy. It's always for the benefit of big business and their donors.

If you want to get angry an anyone here, get angry at the medical industry and their cronies in government that were surely bribed to implement such programs.

Not surprising. Wasteful spending at its finest. It's an elective surgery as stated in the article which means it is not necessary for survival. I bet if this issue was brought before the people of the state of Massachusetts, and the peoples' vote decided the outcome, I bet you anything that the transgender wouldn't gotten its sex change. Representation is bad. Judges, Congress, etc. are almost all corrupt idiots that have little to no accountability for their actions. That needs to stop.
