How come no one ever factors in the overwhelming negative social costs associated with the homosexual lifestyle. Why don't we just start with the medical risk? AIDs is still a problem and the med.s are expensive.

How about the cost of reduced life expectancy, higher mental illness rates and so forth?
Homosexuals are more likely to abuse children. (Maybe many were the victims of abuse?)

Would you debate whether you have a right to vote? How about a debate on whether you have a right to work, to have a job? It's not up to debate, rights are guaranteed under the law. The right to marry is a basic one, and no one should have that "right" taken away by the state. So get used to it folks, gay marriage is a right.
