RE: Petrus Romanus - The Final Pope Is Here
I've listened to the 3-hour interview on Quayle's show with Horn and Putman, and I believe somewhere in the third hour (maybe another time the name gets mentioned as well) Horn says that their (the books's co-authors [him and Putnam]) most likely candidate is Cardinal Tarciso Pietro Evsio Bertone
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarcisio_Bertone), however Horn qualified that choice by saying things (at the time of this interview, and maybe that are ongoing) have been amiss or wonky at the Vatican and among cardinal enclave activity. I have been personally persuaded by the logic in a short youtube video I saw about Pietro Parolin, the Vatican's ambassador to Venezuela (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pietro_Parolin).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgotFXeXGeQ

In the interview, the co-authors also mentioned 3 other cardinals with Peter (or their native tongue's translation for it) as possible candidates. One of them discussed is from the Boston archdiocese, I believe.

I know Brown writes 'fiction', but he may have some 'insider help' from the occult agenda/Illuminati/freemasonic elements of the occult worship that contribute to a predictive programming narrative. Angels & Demons may or may not have some Vatican intrigue truth in it (or not).

You know, I don't know...But, I will agree with Horn's conclusion (because I don't have any better information to go on or don't really study the stats on that) that 'one-third' of the Vatican or clergy are complicit with the occult agenda that some would term Satanism or Luciferianism. Horn's 'source' for this percentage is in the Book of Revelation, I believe, or some other End-Times source in the Bible (Daniel?) that mentions that phrase of 'one-third of the stars being removed from the sky' or something, and his (Horn's) interpretation of this Biblical phrase would or could have to do with the evil-aligned element within the Roman Catholic church (I'll try and search for the exact Biblical quote [see below]).
In my opinion, for whatever that is worth, the pedophilia epidemic is more than just 'sexually-repressed' celibate men that are probably or allegedly homosexual, but rather this has to do with Satanic/Luciferian indoctrination and practice and is a perverse symptom of a disease of the occult within the Christian faith (and likely not limited to just the Roman Catholic church or Christian faiths either).

Revelation 12:4
"His tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that he might devour her child the moment it was born."

I can't see the point in a lot of speculation. All we can do is wait on Pope Palpatine to die. Once the old Sith Lord is dead things will get plenty interesting.

You know, as someone who was raised Catholic and was comparatively immersed in the tradition and faith growing up, I refrain personal condemnation of Ratzinger (Benedict) from being a bad or evil person/pope. I would also not be all that surprised if he was a bad dude, but I would hope that at least him and John Paul II were good people at heart, even if a lot of bad shit went down in archdioceses and in parishes around the globe on their watches. I also have done virtually no research into allegations on their personal character or dirt on them in the conspiracy realm, but arguably I could have come across it also, as I have been reviewing a lot of stuff in over a year's time since I started down this path.
And frankly, from St. Malachy's prophecy about Petrus Romanus, I think it's personally hard to tell if that person will be the 'bad guy' false prophet of the Bible or not. So, my personal jury is still out to lunch on the current pope, the last one or the upcoming one.

"Peter the Roman, who will nourish the sheep in many tribulations; when they are finished, the city of seven hills will be destroyed, and the dreadful judge will judge his people. The end."

The third secret of Fatima also allegedly and independently implies a similar physically destructive event in Rome at this time in our history.

I was also raised slightly Catholic. I do admit the Church has done some good in the world in modern times. I have known some catholic nuns who were remarkable human beings. 120% devoted to the service of man kind.

On the other hand the One True Church has a 1,500 year history of pure evil. Can a few acts of decency in modern times make up for all the evil they committed? The dark ages, inquisitions, running orphans homes that were work houses and so many other evils they committed over the centuries.

If they claim to be the one true church now and always then they condone all they did in the past. I see the church as a morbid death cult.

RE: Petrus Romanus - The Final Pope Is Here
I was completely turned off by the VENERATION of the blood of a pope!

VATICAN CITY – A small vial of Pope John Paul II’s blood will be used for veneration during his beatification Mass, the Vatican said.

The relic is to be presented to Pope Benedict XVI and exposed for veneration during the May 1 Mass in St Peter’s Square, the Vatican said on April 26.

After the Mass, it will be kept with other modern relics in the Apostolic Palace, it said.

The Vatican explained that four vials of blood were drawn from the late pope during the final stage of his illness by his personal physician. The vials were sent to the Vatican-owned Bambino Gesu Hospital in Rome in case the ailing pope needed a transfusion, it said.

No transfusion was ever needed, and after the death of Pope John Paul on April 2, 2005, two of the vials went to the pope’s personal secretary, Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz of Krakow, Poland, and the other two remained in the custody of the Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul at the hospital, the Vatican said.

One vial of blood from the hospital will be presented for veneration at the beatification Mass and be placed in a “precious reliquary specially made” for the occasion, it said.

The second vial will remain at the hospital.

The Vatican said the blood in all four vials has not solidified because an anti-coagulant had been added at the time the blood was drawn. n CNS
