You would be surprised how high level of education is in Poland.
Don`t look at statistics. They never represent average level of eduaction of every single person. We might not have alot of awards in physics but we dont have alot of dumb ones either.

Just to stay in between i`ll add that this situation might be connected with our tries to travel to America without visas. And since i remember we`ve doing everything we could to do so. This time it might be - No visas - No GMO. I hope not.

I've noticed a decline. We used to be besieged with yellowjackets (actually a hornet) here in Idaho when I was a kid. They were aggressive nasty fuckers.

Social wasps are taking over now. I don't mind them. We had a social wasp nest under the back deck a couple summers ago and the girlfriend and I would drink beer all day while they buzzed amongst us.

Bees...definitely not as many, but the trees around here are in full flowering glory. It's pollen season now. I have to detail my car since it full of yellow pine pollen from driving around with the moon-roof open.

A neighbor has beehives, as well as raised gardens all over his lawn growing a variety of foodstuffs. I'll chat with him next time he is out in his yard, see if he notices anything unusual.

Stereotypes Archie :) Add leather jacket, skinhead, muscles on steroids and bottle of vodka everywhere . I`m Polish and I`ve never steal anything or rob anyone. Even tho i manage to get myself over the boarder 6 years ago;) But thats for economic reasons which is out of topic.
We have such an opinion even after being robbed first from our own country in the end of 18th century (gone from maps etc.), then robbed in both World Wars while one country in North America is robbing countries all over the world at the same time. Think about it.

I`ll add that we have very high cultural education and long heritage.
