Police arrested my elderly mom for taking pictures of her stalker - on her property
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Help-Karen...340?ref=hl

I posted this in another thread as a response. Please take a look at this.

Description
Karen is being stalked and harassed by Hassan Mohammed, ex H.P.D. forensic tech. She took his picture while he was in her yard. She was arrested for this.

Karen is a 67 year old retired metal fabricator, who has lived peacefully on Oahu since 1969.

Hassan and his wife will make threatening remarks to Karen and her son as they pass by their house, sometimes just hanging out in their yard next to
Karen's house. They, police officers who hang out at his house and his "guests" mockingly threaten to shoot them or have the police arbitrarily arrest them, sometimes for hours. Hassan and his wife also wander Karen's yard, stealing and vandalizing things. If Karen or her son even look directly at them while they are doing this, they will call the police and claim to be harassed and "terrified" The police will show up and arrest Karen and her son. 67 year old Karen has been dragged off of buses and out of cars at gunpoint.

The police will take and disappear any forms of photo evidence of their or Hassan's actions. The police and courts will fabricate and change documents. We, Karen and Brian Oshiro will testify in court to all this, but we have been systematically kept out.

PRESENTLY-

Karen took another set of pictures of Hassan and his associates in her yard. She was then arrested for violating a non-existent T.R.O. She was, without charges, put in Oahu Community Correction Center for a "Psych evaluation", for 30 days. She remains incommunicado in there. We are concerned at this violation of her human rights and for her safety, as the police have been violent with her and her son, as much as they could be while trying to maintain the image of legitimacy.

Ditto. If this is exactly as portrayed (which typically isn't the case, but who knows) then this is some effed up stuff.

Best course of action for the woman is to install spy surveillance cams / mics and get a good sized dog, and chain the dog to where it can patrol the entrance of her property line.

I know.. that costs a lot of money. But can you really put a price tag on the principle of the matter?

It's that, or "make my day"..

Make sure you have a lot of space for his fiends, he won't do anything unless cops are nearby, unless you are a semi-disabled, elderly woman.

These are the very same tactics that the Muslims in Anahiem California do.

They are being trained to use them.

Oh, if you could have only been there. We had motion detector activated lights and they disabled them, we had video and the cops took it and disappeared it. Cameras are pretty cheap, $29 for a good pair, but the problem is 13-15 cops with AR-15s sniggering and saying shit like "he's a gun owner, we should have just shot him". They say worse when they are not "on duty" and they are hiding on his property.

If society fell apart, we - the people would build a new one. Most people are good at their core, and when we see things that are wrong we work to fix them together. Make friends with your neighbors, get involved with your community - because we will rebuild our lives, our communities, from horrible circumstances we always will.

Call your State Investigative service, record everything. Call DAWG the Bounty Hunter and ask for advice (seriously).

This is the instance where tabloid media can be useful. They'd pick the story up for sure.

There is no one else we can talk to. We already went to the feds and internal affairs, seperately. The internal affairs guy was laughing and called me stupid as soon as the door closed behind him.
There is the term "Hawaii time" which means late, I guess this is the "Hawaii style legal system"
