banana Police encounter on CNN
some upper middle age woman was pulled over by a cop... I dont know where, the news report was really short.

the cop asked the standard traffic stop requests.

Lets see your drivers license, registration and proof of insurance.

she motor mouth started flapping....

Gimme 2 minutes, I'll give it to you in 2 minutes, blah blah blah..

then when the cop said, I want to see it now, or im taking you to jail.

again, her mouth flapped like a bird again...

"gimme 2 minutes"

and then she resists arrest, forcing the officer to use the first level of force, to get her out of the car to arrest her.

This is how you deal with police encounters.

1. You shut your mouth, and you open your f*ckin' hears, and take the ear plugs out.

2. you do what the f*ck the cop says do, you dont sit there and tell the cop what you're going to do.

3. You dont ask the cop for a damn thing, letalone two minutes.

4. You do what the f*ck the cop says do, when he says do it, not 2 minutes, not 5 minutes, not 3 seconds, and not "just a second"... you do it, NOW !

5. You provide your ID, drivers license, or any f*cking thing else that he legally requires.

6. You accept your ticket.

7. You go to court, and enter a plea.

8. You either walk away, if you win, or you pay the fine if you are convicted, or plead guilty, and pay the fine.

Thats what the f*ck you do.

Any other way, and there is no order, making the cop useless.

and we dont hire people to be useless.

Sometimes you don't have to be confrontational with the police, especially when you have done something wrong.

I agree with the way you should treat the cops. Stupid to do otherwise.

Where the problem lies is in bolded. You enjoy your limited power to a dangerous degree and we all see what monsters that is turning you into.

Protect and serve...What happened to that?

You only call the police if you absolutely must or you are inviting disaster.

It is far beyond incompetence and actually outright corruption.

I don't think I will say more.

You get the idea.

Cui Bono?

RE: Police encounter on CNN
Here's what you do.

Lock the door
Crack the window
ask what the problem is
answer no question's, give no consent
ask if a crime has been commited
ask if you are being detained

They will threaten you but stand up for your rights RESPECTFULLY

continue too ask regarding if the officer witnessed an unlawful act take place
ask if you are free too go
ask again if you are being detained

If you have not committed a crime in the officers view, and do not incriminate yourself they will likely give up and let you go with their "warning"

Never consent too searches, of your person or property. They only have the right to search even your person if they are detaining you. Preserve your rights!

Be RESPECTFUL in your preservation of right's but do not GIVE AWAY a single right.
