Police in Oklahoma were searching Wednesday for Charles Dyer, a former U.S. Marine who's posted revolutionary messages on the Internet, after he failed to show up for the beginning of a trial on charges that he sexually assaulted a child.

Dyer has claimed to be part of a group called the "Oath Keepers," made up of current and former police and military members, who say they'll refuse to take any order that runs contrary to the U.S. Constitution. Oath Keepers has denied that he was ever a member, and Dyer has insisted that the charges against him are part of a government conspiracy.

He was charged in Jan. 2010 of raping a 7-year-old member of his own family, along with possessing a stolen military grenade launcher. His trial was set to begin on Monday, but when he did not show up the judge issued a warrant for his arrest.

Dyer's absence comes just days after his home burned down, on Friday night. His girlfriend, Monica Freeman, has been arrested in connection to the alleged arson.

I have actually talked to that guy in person through messaging at the Oathkeepers forum back when all this happened.

I have talked to a number of people that know him.

The sexual assualt charges against the child in my opinion were and are complete bullshit.

The guy left the mother for a girl friend and made the allegations as revenge against him.

The only reason the authorities pushed the charges was because they wanted him on anything they could get.

This was not the only thing he has been arrested on. He had a souvenir from his active duty in Iraq that one of his buddies gave him. It was an expended grenade launcher.

A Judge found him NOT GUILTY on Terrorism charges made against him in connection with that.

None of you actually know a damn thing about the details of the case and yet your all like a herd of mind controlled cattle jumping on the bandwagon of condemnation.

This guy has been through some serious war zone shit and volunteered to protect his country and was discharged honorably only to come home and find out he was fed a pack of lies by his government.

Does he have psychological issues? Given the knowledge of the details of the sick shit he endured while on active duty in Iraq I would have to say he definately does, but frankly it would be normal to have issues for anyone who went through the shit he had to go through.

How many of you have ever had your closest friends get their brains splattered all over the place in front of you?

It is best to not believe everything that is written.
The dude could be a scumbag or he could have had those charges trumped up against him.
Depends on what he said and how serious it was. Did it garner unwanted attention?
Who knows.
If he did rape a kid then He Deserves Pain. If he did not and those allegations are false because he spoke out, then the truth should come out sooner or later.
About the weapons that go missing, well the supply lines in the military are notably corrupt. Stuff goes missing all the time.

Just because you talked to the guy on messenger doesn't mean shit.

You know my life too? Then you would know I have had friends brains splattered on me, a drummer who died of a morphine patch OD in front of me, and came home once to see my fiance with a plastic bag tied around her head with air injected into her veins. She was dead obviously.
