Quake Expert: Earth Cracking Up

A leading earthquake scientist has warned that the planet could be cracking up after a series of massive quakes in just 48 hours.

Expert Gheorghe Marmureanu - from Romania's National Institute of Earth Physics - says 39 quakes had hit the globe within two days.

The series started with two massive quakes in Indonesia measuring 8.6 and 8.2 on the Richter scale rapidly followed by three more only slightly smaller in Mexico within hours.

"There is no doubt that something is seriously wrong. There have been too many strong earthquakes," said Marmureanu.

The Earth is shaking! Scientists find no explanation to the 39 earthquakes that rocked the planet in just two days. “Something is wrong! There are too many strong earthquakes” believes Romania’s top seismologist, Gheorghe Marmureanu, who finds the latest Indonesian quake very unusual.

The series of tremors debuted with the two big quakes (8.6 and 8.2 on the Richter scale) that rocked Indonesia these days. Just hours later, three more earthquakes panicked Mexico (7, 6.9 and 6.2 on the Richter scale). Also yesterday, two minor quakes occurred in Romania – magnitude 3.5 under the Black Sea shelf and magnitude 3.5 in Vrancea.

“A surprise that cannot be explained by science”
According to Marmureanu, there is no relation between the quakes that shook the planet during the last two days, but what happened in Indonesia came as a surprise that cannot be explained by science. “Statistics show that, in this region of Asia, there is one big earthquake every 500 years, roughly. However, since 2004, there already were three quakes with magnitudes above 8, which is out of seismological statistics. Something is wrong! There are too many big quakes in the Indonesian area,” Marmureanu warns.

Statistically, there have 2 "mega" quakes from 2000-2011, the Japan quake and the Indonesia quake. That is what differentiates the quakes, so they aren't related(other than being over 8.0 in magnitude), and can be explained as different types of shifts in the faults where the quakes were produced.

The Earth may be going through something like what a snake goes through as it grows. The snake's skin breaks apart when the snake becomes too big. Maybe the Earth's crust is breaking apart because the planet is growing larger from within.

You know, this may be the built in solution to overpopulation. The Earth becomes bigger and therefore has more land mass which enables it to produce more food and support more life forms such as people.

Possibly due to the gravitational forces of the moon, which was either captured by the earth or put there......

This is what I think is the cause of the so-called undiscovered earthquake faults such as in Haiti.

i think it is something, different. things seem to have been leading up it. whatever it is.
