If you were to write a story about a SHTF/EOTWAWKI scenario. And the main characters are teen young adults....

What scenario would you use, that quickly send society over the edge??

World war 3? Solar Flare/Tech catastrophe power grid melt down? Nuclear? Biological? Spiritual? Aliens? Political? Financial?

Or any other scenario you could use???

What would be your catastrophe, that would jump off your end of the world survival story????

Yes I was thinking the same thing. What better way to get a SHTF calamity to hit home with teens, than to take away their net and cell phones!

Though you could add a tech disaster, powergrid failure, Eco collapse, Political upheaval "all in one" situation?

If its to be centered on teens and young adults (I assume those are the survivors) Then the easiest way is a virus that kills everyone that has not hit puberty and everyone over the age of say...25.

Id say if I was writing one Id choose some major natural disaster! perhaps post major solar storm!

There is a book I want to read about a post major EMP attack! But I refuse to pay £15 for an ebook chuckle

If you are wanting to write a book I would say you need to do extensive research into the genre as there are so many and you dont want to replicate someone else's story unknowingly Hugs

In the first chapter of my EOW novel we are introduced to our young teenage heroes doing typical teenage things. In the beginning of the second chapter, CERN produces a black hole that swallows the Earth in a microsecond.

The rest of the pages are blank.
