Rancid arse cheese of Olde Essex
So I am about to Market a new full strength gauda cheddar hybrid. I find most so called extra mature strong cheeses lacking. This is a very full bodied roof of the mouth stripper.

My problem is a name so far project rancid arse is this cheeses codename but would I?

1 create a cult following or niche cheese uprising maybe even get anony Mouse backing... Get it a cheese for the awoken ones or?

2 should I go for the typical olde English vintage bastard angle.

Your thoughts

Eats well with a good Rijoca or a clensing Sauvignon blanc.

It is quite difficult because it is a bacterial foodstuff. Looking into it because different states have different laws . They all sort of frown on it? Easier in Europe though.
