Clearly there is some history with this man that caused her to do this in public as well as phone the police. Either way, the man is a small man.

I'm thinking they didn't go out in public much, which was the reason she may have had to do it at the birthday dinner. Might have been one of the few times they were public together.

The part that makes me wonder, is why the KIDS? I can see killing the spouse, they're the focus of the problem and in a certain way the ENEMY by the time things get this carried away, but so many of these guys take out the whole family, or try to.

In their minds they justify murder as a punishment for "treachery" because their entire perspective is self-centered and other people only exist in their minds as extensions of themselves.

They think their own personal pain, suffering and insult are the litmus test for right and wrong and every other consideration must subordinate itself.

The human beings he killed were "HIS" in "HIS" mind and their entire reason for existing was to be facets of "HIS" existence.

What an asshole you are to suggest the women deserved to be murdered because she wanted to leave what looks to be an abusive, selfish, sociopathic asshole? Sounds good to me. I know too many crazy assholes with guns. I fully support full mental evaluations and stricter gun control. Obviously Americans are too f*cked up in the head to have full constitutional gun rights anymore. Blast away, I don't care what you say, it's gotten way out of control.
