He's obviously psyching himself/putting himself "in the moment" - it's an acting technique! He's most likely a spook (CIA) play-acting. They did this after 9/11 too!

There's a comment on youtube that says "he's an actor. youtube.com/watch?v=VjgzomeQ8Ew" but if you try to go there it redirects to the youtube homepage - not even the customary "missing video" message. They must really be trying to sweep this under the rug.

The "shooter's" mother was supposedly CIA. It wouldn't surprise me at all if every single one of those "dead" children has a CIA parent.
