Okay for arguments sake let us suppose there is a nation wide general store that your friend works at.
The friend starts telling you all kinds of wrongs that are being done by the management towards the employees.
You tell your friend-
1. Leave the company.
2. Complain to the owners of the general store.
3. Get help from proper agencies that protect employees of the company.
etc....
But since you do not work there, you are limited to do nothing more than be a good friend.
You can not arrest anyone that may be culpable.
You can not state supposition for truth nor use third hand knowledge of internal events you were not a witness to.
If you choose to be employed by the general store that is entirely up to you to decide but outside of that relationship you are not party to anything done within.

Apply the above illustration to any corporate government in the world.

20 or so mortars aimed correctly can sort out that party.
