Myself i think maybe Christianity may be a lot older, i also think that it has been diluted and altered by the Vatican and other so-called religious groups over the last 2,000 years. I think the original message has been tampered with. but that is just me. a lot of us dont really take every thing in the bible literally anymore. and a lot of stuff in the bible does not apply to us anymore. and its not blasphemy on our part, it just simply does not apply because times have changed and with time , life changes and i believe it was all a part of Jesus' plan for us (Christians) i won't include non-believers because they do not want to be included.

So i hope we can all get along from now on , now that you know most of us on here dont wont to intrude on your beliefs or step on your feet. we just want to be included in on the forum.

Can we please get along and not intrude on each others threads anymore?
and if there is a thread going about a totally different subject and someone comes in and tries to involve religion in on it then that person is doing the wrong thing and should be booted off the thread. and if there is a religious thread going and someone comes in and puts a facepalm or a dirty picture insulting the religious person or anything insulting then they get booted off the thread.

Just report them. but lets not do any of that, either of us.

No more bashing or questioning either side about their beliefs. just discussions.

I like most of you and i dont want to argue anymore about this. we are all great people and have a lot of potential as better people in the future.

All Christians fundamentally believe the same thing regardless if they pretend to tolerate the lifestyles of 'non-believers'. They believe there's a place you go when you die that is filled with fire and darkness and the only way not to go there is to submit and accept that a zombie was born from a virgin.

I just....I'm not buying that nonsense, we're all human and we're all made of the same stuff. When we die we all experience the same journey, I'm not gonna tell you what you should believe but I'll sure as shit criticize it if it doesn't present itself logically.

I'm a skeptic and so are you, its the only reason we come to this site. Because we recognize bullshit when we see it. Maybe its how we were raised, maybe its the varying parts of the world we all come from. But like I said earlier, common denominator= humanity.

I'm about as far away from a bible thumper as one can get. Not an atheist per se, closer to a doubter. I've researched enough to believe that organized religions have caused the majority of trouble throughout the ages. Today, now... is a good example. One's religion along with one's sexual orientation should be a private matter, not worn on our shirtsleeves nor pushed on those that are not interested. Most of us really aren't interested, really don't care, are more concerned with our daily lives & surviving past next Christmas.
