I feel like I'm different than most people I know. I listen and tune into emotion and body language. I cherish the small things in life, like kisses from my boxer dogs, warm sunshine, cool breezes, my hubby holding my hand when we cross through busy city streets. Those things mean a lot to me.
But I feel alien in this world. Like most that I meet only think about themselves, money, sex, or whatever. I generally enjoy being around animals more than people. They are real. I can count on them.

I have very few friends, as most women like to talk way too much, and about stupid stuff, and it annoys me and stresses me out! I rarely talk on the phone. I leave my cell off for days!

I don't really know what my point is, just that I feel so different, strange, and alien to this world.

I feel so alien that I've basically withdrawn from society. I'm just trying to get through whatever this is.

Nope. I feel ya. My main interactions with other being is in the form of my 7 cats. Other than that, I see my wife every day.

now is the time to open up to the world,
just my opinion, but for many years i withdrew myself emotionally from my fellow men and women,
but recently i put my talents as an extravert back on display and there is an amazing energy right now,
i have met so many people just recently, in the last 6 months or so who are feeling this same sort of energy, maybe it's ascension or 2012 who the hell knows chuckle
