Sheriffs Bushwhacked

This time it is Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, son of Vice President Joe Biden, sending out mandates to commissioners informing them that their sheriffs no longer have arrest powers. In an opinion released Feb. 24, State Solicitor L.W. Lewis said that neither the state nor the common law grants arrest powers to the county sheriffs.

An elected sheriff is the highest law enforcement agent in his/her county and as such can shut down any and all actions by any other agent or agency in that county.

This includes all federal agents of whatever description. This can range from the local town/city police department right on up to alphabet agency operatives. DHS included.

Unbelievable.

Somewhere I was talking about this the other day, Globalist hate Sheriffs, because they are a civilian authority sworn to uphold the Constitution.

The elected office give them the Power to order a Militia, they can call one to stand and deputize a Militia.

As long as they believe they are defending the Constitution from a Enemy foreign or Domestic, they can do anything they need to defend the liberty of the Citizens.
