He was staying at the Inn I work at. I ran my theories by him. His responses were a lot different than I had anticipated.... chuckle

What was discussed:

I brought up the weakening magnetic field and he said that he has heard discussion of a magnetic reversal and even discussed the possibility of the magnetic field disappearing altogether. He joked that somebody should invent a solar reflecting umbrella but the animals would be out of luck.

He mentioned how it's wise not to be in a large urban area. (In regards to a coronal mass ejection wiping out the power grid which I brought up). We discussed how the government mishandled New Orleans.

He said it would be a good plan if we could fill the upper atmosphere with small aluminum reflective objects. (I never once mentioned chemtrails, he said that on his own freewill). He also said it would be wise if we could then extract them later but that would be very difficult.

We discussed asteroids and he said that the government knows about most of the large ones near us. He said comets could sweep in at any time with little warning.

He said that the magnetic pole is definitely shifting but scientists don't know why.

I have heard a lot of scientist like the idea of putting small highly-reflective particles into the upper atmosphere in order to reflect solar rays and ease global warming.

Personally I think a magnetic reversal would be a lot more likely than the magnetic field disappearing altogether.

We had a great discussion. His power has been out for days because of the storms down south. He was visiting upstate New York because of a friend's 50th anniversary. He wasn't condascending at all.

Yeah, I believe that jet fuel has been "tweaked" to produce longer persistent vapor trails that we call "chemtrails".

Regarding the polar shift, Skippy... I found this article and based on USGS data, the poles aren't moving at the same rate of speed.
