Is this already out there or did I just come up with this?

Nibiru is supposed to come close/pass by Earth every X amount of years (whatever that number is). This means that if it does come close to Earth, whoever is on that planet could do what we do, and fly to Earth once it reaches it's closet point, right?

I mean, we can fly to the Moon at 240,000 (aprrox) miles away from Earth, so if Nibiru got not even that close to Earth, but whatever distance is needed for whoever is on the planet to get into their crafts and simply fly to Earth. I'm not sure what the amount of time would be until the planet moved too far away, but in theory this could be done and may have already happened in the past.

They never developed space travel, and have no desire to.

Instead, they have focused their efforts on the culinary sciences, and developed 14 million different ice cream flavors, some of which can only be tasted by sentient shoe laces.
