RE: Son's 20-something male friend diagnosed with MS

If society fell apart, we - the people would build a new one. Most people are good at their core, and when we see things that are wrong we work to fix them together. Make friends with your neighbors, get involved with your community - because we will rebuild our lives, our communities, from horrible circumstances we always will.

My son says he's the healthiest person...or so he thought.

There have been several good threads on here...I'm interested in the ones about the causes and cures...TIA to all who respond.

Diet and Mercury detox!!

Put in search for the term "Mercury Detox" and "Multiple Sclerosis" here: http://www.curezone.com/

Make sure he has no amalgam ("silver" fillings, which contain at least 50% mercury) fillings. If he does, have them removed by a "mercury safe dentist".

The source of the mercury can also come from immunizations, tattoos and eating fish with high levels of mercury.

I just had all my amalgams removed and am detoxing mercury now. I'm taking Alpha Lipoic Acid, N-Acetyl-Cystine, broken cell wall chlorella and will be adding cilantro extract soon. Also, plenty of Vitamin C and E, magnesium, selenium, zinc and brown seaweed, iodine, in addition to my regular supplements. I am starting to feel a difference and I've been pretty much homebound for the last 8 years.

Also, watch this very informative documentary:

Seriously Sus, I'm surprised you haven't heard of the chemtrail connection to MS.

High school friend had the same diagnosis; had all her mercury amalgam fillings replaced and ALL her symptoms went away permanently.

Don't know but did know someone who died from this. Took about two years after diagnosis. She was in her 30s.

RE: Son's 20-something male friend diagnosed with MS
Have a friend who has it, she's in her mid to late 30's - found out about 5-6 yrs ago when it hit her hard and she couldn't use her hands or walk, started with all the tests - it took them a bit to get the right concoction of medicine down - and she goes in for routine tests. When she was first diagnosed she had an "issue" with her myelin sheath (covers nerves) this has since healed up. She's a big person on organic foods and prefers to grow her own - has a new hen house now too. Minor meat, with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits (once in a great while a couple of cheap beers).

She doesn't mind me reposting her response. She's an incredibly strong female that doesn't let things get in her way ... She also mtb and cylcocross races.

______________

I was diagnosed 03/25/04. Very little progression so far, and I don't mind talking about it. Talking about it makes me feel that I still have some sort of control over the enemy.

Biggest issues so far: fatigue, thought problems, balance problems, a bit of spasticity in my right leg. When my original attack hit I couldn't walk, and my right hand was almost useless. Having a husband there to help me with life's tasks was a gift. He is so solid and strong. I am so happy and thankful for him.

What I think works...super strict diet, big focus on exercise (use it or lose it...even if I am tired, I force myself to move), balance drills, avoiding stress, fish oil supplements, accupuncture every two weeks and I take the disease modifying therapy drugs religiously. I take Rebif ... 44 mcg 3x a week. I have relapsing remitting MS.

I believe in positive thoughts to heal. When I get my accupuncture and go in the zone, I try and vision my myelin sheath staying strong/powerful and healing itself against attack. I know some will say that sounds hokey, but I believe in the power of the mind to heal. Could be total baloney, but I feel that I am doing everything I can to fight. My thought is to be a warrior in fighting disease and illness. We can't give in to the depression that can come along with chronic disease. Giving in gives it a foothold or an opening to attack more.

And to a friend she replied:

You were asking if the biking helped me, and I believe it does. It helps me stay in practice with balance. I also have a shower with uneven river stones in the floor...sort of like a reflexology shower, daily. Heck, I even set up an obstacle course in the yard with rocks and stones to practice on. I walk and balance on the stones. Sometimes, I hold one leg in the air and do lunges as I balance on the stones.

Use it or lose it. Move as much as humanly possible.

Does he drink any diet anything?

Aspartame can cause it.

Otherwise, my bet is on GMOs.

Or MSG.
