I am a Texan, but if the Shooter left his property "In Search of a Fight", then when he get's his "Fight", and get's scared, and calls the Police and then claims "Stand Your Ground".... and then uses "Deadly Force"?

Not Justified!

Its not justified, but truth of the matter is that b*tch is dead and wont be playing her music any longer will she?

The guy can take a plea deal, be out in under 20 years.

Thats reality. Sometimes it doesn't matter whats right or wrong. Shit happens. Could this have been avoided by HER? Absolutely. She chose not too.

My point is, you never know. Be considerate of others. Playing your music loud as f*ck is annoying. You may have the day off but maybe someone is trying to sleep cause they work nights, or maybe someone is trying to put their baby to sleep.

Oh well... He lives, she doesn't. Thats reality.

Didn't really click the link or watch the video, did you?
Do that before spouting off...

Technology is violence.

The guy simply answered one kind of violence (blasting noise into someone) with another (blasting lead into someone).

So what's the problem?

A friend of mine had bought some lands adjacent to his property...The other neighbor wanted that parcel and was pissed.. My friend is up on the ladder working on his chimney.. He sees a brick above his head literally explode...Then he hears a gunshot.. Looking over his shoulder he sees his neighbor (Who is pissed at him) Holding a rifle and laughing..My friend comes down off his ladder and walks over to the Neighbor..Told they guy if anything like that ever happens again you had better put on a new suit.. Because I will not call the police..My friend had a 45 on his side and showed it to him.. The dude with the rifle put his house up for sale and has since moved away...

Guns stop hundreds of thousands of violent crimes including rapes hate crimes and gay bashings a year.

Castle doctrine allows home owners to defend themselves in their homes against intruders.

Without a strong castle defense law, people like this:

Would be prosecuted if they had of made it to a gun in time to shoot their attackers. You communist Peices of shit what to disarm everyone and hope that the 2.5 police for every 100,000 people can protect everyone.
f*ck you.

This is why you should not live in shooting distance of your closest neighbor.

Many gun owners suffer from uncontrollable rage. This is an extremely volatile combination, which can explode over the slightest issue.

To the contrary, being a gun owner myself and spending a significant amount of time at the range and various meet-ups with other gun enthusiasts - you couldn't be farther from the truth. Many gun owners are some of the most down to Earth people who would actually go out of their way to avoid conflict. That's why most people who carry a gun carry in the first place - because they want to avoid conflict, but as a last resort at least they know they are protected.

This x 1000
I don't get in bar fights any more because I don't go to bars anymore.
I don't get in fist fights with people because I am almost ALWAYS carrying, the very last thing I want to do is kill another person. It has really made me calm down and rethink a lot of situations. I don't just run in swinging my fists anymore.

I agree with this post 100%, but does it apply to this story of the thread?

After watching the video, I gotta say, if he didn't shoot them, they probably woulda taken his gun from him and killed him with it. The music was pretty loud, and they where acting like drunk frat boys.
I'd say if he walked down there unarmed,he probably would have gotten his ass whupped pretty bad.
