I am a Texan, but if the Shooter left his property "In Search of a Fight", then when he get's his "Fight", and get's scared, and calls the Police and then claims "Stand Your Ground".... and then uses "Deadly Force"?

Not Justified!

Many gun owners suffer from uncontrollable rage. This is an extremely volatile combination, which can explode over the slightest issue.

Link for your make believe statistics? You dont have one... I already know.

You don't need a link to figure that one out. By the way, how many guns do you own?

Its not justified, but truth of the matter is that b*tch is dead and wont be playing her music any longer will she?

The guy can take a plea deal, be out in under 20 years.

Thats reality. Sometimes it doesn't matter whats right or wrong. Shit happens. Could this have been avoided by HER? Absolutely. She chose not too.

My point is, you never know. Be considerate of others. Playing your music loud as f*ck is annoying. You may have the day off but maybe someone is trying to sleep cause they work nights, or maybe someone is trying to put their baby to sleep.

Oh well... He lives, she doesn't. Thats reality.

This won't fly and the dude is going to jail.

Like he should.

And a reminder to gun owners. This is why we use self control and don't act in haste.

Cui Bono?

RE: Stand Your Ground? Texas man kills teacher over noise complaint
My brothers neighbor came to the door while me and his girlfriend were at his house listening to music.

*BANG* *BANG* *BANG*

Me being like WTF is going on I use the intercom and ask her what does she want?

"Some common f*cking courtesy! This music is making my heart race, I have a heart condition"

"The music isn't making your heart race, you are because you are so mad , its just music and we don't even have it up loud!"

We didnt have it up very loud and he lives on an Acre so their was no reason for her to be all pissy. Also it was 1pm on Friday. We did not even have to subwoofers on.
I finally open the door as she wont go away

She says "Every time I am at a stop light and I hear someone have their music playing like that I just want to grab my Glock and kill them right there"

Me as I am closing the door as she is freaking me the f*ck out at this point "Yeah, that is crazy..."

Hoping she doesnt come back

If you dont have enough respect for the people around you to play music at a decent level, dont be surprised when shit like this happens.

Ive had neighbors that woke up my newborn baby because they wanted to blast their f*cking music...

Do you know how much that pisses someone off? You take an hour to put your kid to bed than some inconsiderate moron disturbs the peace...

You shouldn't kill someone over it but I certainly understand where the dude was coming from...

Not our fault you decided to have children it come with the territory that babies are woken up easily, maybe you should do us all a favor and turn that gun on yourself?

Asshole. Communication works, so before you turn into a grumpy b*tch you can communicate. If you can relate to this retard, then you're no different. I feel sorry for those kids, hopefully they never annoy you.

Bsflag

If society fell apart, we - the people would build a new one. Most people are good at their core, and when we see things that are wrong we work to fix them together. Make friends with your neighbors, get involved with your community - because we will rebuild our lives, our communities, from horrible circumstances we always will.

Define many.
Many psychopaths get enraged and kill people with their bare hands.

A Texas man says he was justified in killing an elementary school teacher over a noise complaint because he was “standing my ground.”

Retired firefighter Raul Rodriguez is hoping that a video that he taped himself will prove that he was acting in self-defense when he gunned down P.E. teacher Kelly Danaher outside the victim’s home near Houston in May 2010.

On the video that was presented as evidence in court on Wednesday, loud music can be heard as Rodriguez tells Danaher to “turn it down.”

Guns dont kill people, retards with guns do.......And now he tries to use the stand my ground law to justify it and get free.....

Guns Don't Kill People...Our lack of education system does!

The board is set, the pieces are moving. We come to it at last...
The great battle of our time.

I asked some asswipe to turn his music down one time. He immediately started punching me. I wish I had a gun on me I'd have killed the crazed son of a b*tch but he ended up in Jail anyway but only after freaking out at a 14 year old girl about a week later who at 11 o'clock at night asked him to turn his boom box down because she had to get up in the morning to go to school. He should have been killed.
