A child can't make a contract, so how can they be old enough to decide that for themselves?

First:

When you send your child to public school you are agreeing that the school system is to have 'custody' equal to that of parental custody for those hours and penalty hours should they get in trouble.

Second:

When you sign the health form and mark of which medicines your children are allowed to have, you are also giving consent over their reproductive health. There is a form you can ask for mentioned on the one you are signing. READ IT.

Now:

Your signature on all the school forms is essentially a 'contract' you are agreeing too. This is a BINDING contract they assume you will sign. Anything written and initialed, by you, on the contract is binding in a court of law. I always wrote that none of my children would be allowed to have any reproductive exams, perscriptions, or abortions without my written approval.

I had never been contacting in regards to my 'changing the contract' and their signature was already prestamped on the school forms. I wrote small enough and close enough to existing paragraphs, that I doubt they noticed the 'alteration'.

So:

I guess the point is, when you are signing what looks like a standard form, if it says details or more info on request............you probably should find out what that is.

Take your kids out of public school and lots of problems will go away, including this one.

In Australia, they have just legislated, or are about to, to be able to sterilize mentally disabled children without the parent's consent, if the govt. decides it should be done.

Yes, its a shame most of the sheople don't understand this plan, or do anything about it.

How many young girls have been forced to carry a child or worse beaten by an enraged parent?

First of all, the morals in this country are messed up. So a 15 yr old child can just make an early decision to sterilize herself to be a whore? and you'll just say "it's her body". Sure, but what about it also Our society? You can't just let a child who has no knowledge of morality or even the consequences of what this will do, take away her sexual responsibility.
