But why even pass this mandate when there's much more that Obama can do for this country, and then LATER pass this mandate when children are actually educated to be more responsible for their sexuality, educated to be ABLE to be more responsible.

I don't why it isn't at least 18 years of age. If they aren't old enough to legally consent to having sex at all I don't understand how they could be trusted with the decision to be sterilized. Most adult women who get their tubes tied do it because they can still conceive a child but are not healthy enough to give birth to it so I'm not against sterilization, I just think it should be up to a much more mature adult to decide if it is right for them.

Women at least in this country, just do not or cannot make logical connections. They live too much "in the moment" because the guys are supposed to make their logical conclusions for them.

They go mostly on feelings. At least.. all this occurs because of the corrupt feminist movement. I supports women's liberation, and equality but feminism was never for that as it was funded by the Rockefellers and is more about masculinizing women, not making them free to express their femininity.

And when the males are also kept in poverty, as slaves, imprisoned by the tyrants, women go astray.

I am reminded of eugenics programs through out modern history however.
But sterilization is different and PERMANENT.It can be forced.It's been done and in this country.
A woman,even a young one deserves a choice.If she thinks,ok,I can opt for this and never worry about pergnancy as a hormanal teen then she's f*cked as a grown woman.
