Yeah, Astro I thought something similar yesterday. I posted a thread w/ a screenshot and links that Drudge had posted. They seemed to be trying to point out that something was up. And yeah, that's why in the thread title I included, "put options anyone"...

The vibe was very frenzied.

Sounds like it could be...a bad "omen"?

I checked these charts on google finance I didn't check the rest of them. No such activity was found. There were sudden drops in the values of most of these stocks but not big enough to be screaming shorts.. could have made a good buck on that with some leverage but nothing diabolical. Look for yourself. Punch these symbols in your google finance or whatever charting service you use.

There were sudden drops in the values of most of these stocks but not big enough to be screaming shorts.. could have made a good buck on that with some leverage but nothing diabolical. I got the impression that these were very short term "glitches"...

and since they can control the markets, they would have been "corrected"?

Google can only report minute by minute data not second by second.. if flash trades are there most charting applications would not have a record of it.
