At the college I went to they had a pond with geese and the things would chase students around. Have you ever been "goose pinched"? It kinda smarts.

Illinois Anthony Hensley, 37, was working on Saturday - as part of his job keeping geese away from a condominium complex - when it is thought he got too close to a swan and it attacked him, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

The swan had been placed in the pond by the company Mr Hensley was working for, in a bid to keep geese away.

That's a very sad story. Swans can be very aggressive and will attack people if they feel their cygnets are threatened. They can grow to be quite large too. I've been chased on land by aggressive male swans several times while jogging in a local park; swans are native to where I live in Australia. I really had to run fast to get away.

Here's the story with pictures. Wife and children and father.
I pray you and yours never suffer a tragic accident like he did.
Some of the comments on this thread are really disgusting. Very ugly and very immature.

I'm glad you think you're funny. I bet his family thinks otherwise.

Dumbass

I feel sorry for his family. If he wears a hat in his coffin, I hope they use the right cap size.
Sorry I don't get your joke?

Headass

I guess you think it's funny to laugh at tragic accidents.

Fshit not.
