He (Kay) lays on the spiel regarding goobernment (American, or western specific, evidently) incompetence and how it precludes them from being able to pull off any major conspiracy--while standing in the spy museum mind you. Laughter ensues from the crowd. Followed immediately by Jonascum saying:

"(…)I will concede something… if you're in Syria and someone says to you, 'hey I think the government is conspiring to kill us' … that's NOT a conspiracy theory.. if there's a tank down the street firing shells at you it's not a conspiracy theory that someone in Iran or North Korea or Syria that the government is trying to kill you… and I make that very clear in my book… and that's because those are closed societies… where the governments truly do control all the levers of power, there's no independent political system, there's no independent media… so if government elites want to conspire to murder thousands of their citizens they can do that…. And he can't help but flash his evil grin while reaching for his glass of water. It's that dog-like reflex of showing the teeth.

So umm yeh, ok Jonascum. Got it. North Korea, Syria, Iran… mooch-O-bad-O.. and totally capable of conspiring. Totally. But American U.K. Anglo alliance - saintly, pristine, and totally incapable of conspiring--because they're a bunch of bumbling idiots.
