i am self taught cook
i never buy prepackaged food
I purchase vegetables daily as i don't own fridge.I cook dinner everyday from raw materials.It takes me just 40 minutes to cook and 15 minutes to eat.
if you want,i can tell you my recipes...don't be ashamed if my food choices seem strange to you

Because they cook so bad that their girlfriend chooses to go eat over at my house and then gets worn out and totally satisfied .

Because some people would much rather smell ass on a t.v. game show than learn a basic life preserving skill like food preparations.
