Institutions (and thus the industries they are a part of) cannot be corrupt, as they are amoral (not immoral) legal entities created by government instrumentalities.

It is the people that run, manage and otherwise are a part of industry or an institution that can be corrupt. And it is their personal actions that are done on behalf of the organization they represent, which is either moral or immoral.

To blame an corporation for its behavior is to deflect from the reality that a human made the decision to either act or not act. It could not and thus did not act on its own accord.

And because humans are corruptible, any organization that has enough power (especially over others) will be subject to more corruption than most of us would like.

Very interesting point. To blame corporations is to avoid blaming those who are running said corporations for their illegal/immoral actions.

This list needs some major modification. First it should expand the list to most corrupt institutions, and then it should include governments and UN, who would dominate the corruption at the top of the list.

That's the problem with our carefully controlled and monitored leftist activism. It's set up to make government your god, failing to recognize that any human institution imbued with unreasonable power, will be corrupt to the core.

Strange the things that get pinned. Obviously lives wasted worrying about things they do not understand at all and can do nothing about. Just small ineffective voices that care nothing about reform or people but only their agenda. Ignorant and unread. Societies evolve but not all evolve with them. I don't know why I even care but your energy could be put into some real practical ideas and reform. Instead of famine and chaos.
