Here’s a simple game of logic:

“If everyone was prosperous, why would we need Democrats?”

Right, so the more prosperous America becomes, the less we need Democrats. By the laws of self-preservation then, Democrats MUST promote policies which PREVENT widespread prosperity.

On the other hand, the MORE prosperous we become, the MORE we need Republicans to keep our taxes low and make sure we have the proper defense so our prosperity is not stolen by foreign powers. Therefore, by the laws of self-preservation, Republicans MUST promote policies which MAKE us more prosperous.

Now, why would we as a nation intentionally put the party in power whose own self-preservation is based upon limiting our prosperity?
