I hope nature crushes our entire infrastructure so we don't have to worry about oil anymore.

I would rather nationalize them. If we are going to subsidize multinationals then we should at least get to share in the profits in a more equitable distribution.

Corporations compartmentalize communism into charters. The corps are already running the hill. Corps and DC are joined at the hip. The chairs between high corporate board rooms and political seats are just musical chairs. Just look at monsanto. It already runs the FDA for itself and big pharma.

This whole idea of socializing debt and privatizing profits must stop. What the hell is the use of having communism without the benefits of communism? That is what we currently have. That is the truth. That is the veil over the eyes of us all.

They slap all these different labels like communism, fascism, capitalism etc on these different models that always act the same way. They tell you that anything other than capitalism is a bad word. I'm here to tell you we don't have capitalism. Nothing about this system is capitalist. At the very best it is crony capitalism.

When a private bank has the exclusive right to issue the currency it is impossible to entertain any idea of capitalism. It becomes nothing more than a racket disguised as capitalism using the corporate structure as its guise.

What makes it even worse is corporate policy is far more fascists than government policy. If you have ever worked for one of the big corp conglomerates you know exactly what I'm saying.

You betcha, Nationalize them. That is truly the only way to rein them in.

Or should we just nationalize them when they fail, like GM? Take tax payer dollars to float them in their times of need and then when they are up on their feet again let them return to private status thereby socializing debt, and privatizing profit.

You betcha, NATIONALIZE THE HELL OUT OF THEM! What exactly is the difference between lockheed martin and the DOD?

These corporations are merely extensions of government agencies and vica versa.

It is going to happen eventually anyways. If you don't see this as the inevitable outcome of where we are headed then you have really bought into this bs.

I'm a die-hard conservative and I couldn't agree more. chuckle

Brother-- we ARE on the same page... I was harsh on your first, one-line response, but, as you see, I agree with you. certain inexplicably powerful individuals have the power to block the most simple and agreeable Tax Laws right now, and I do not understand why or how those people HAVE that power. They really need to be removed from the discussions and the process. But, I don't know how to do that without... you know... REMOVING those individuals, and I do not support that sort of thing.

So.. Got a plan? It's a tall, tall order, friend.

We (the People) could demand that they levy a 100% export tax against big oil, but we all know that the republicans and the democrats wont do that. Even if we make it an election issue, the government and the media stands in the way of the well-being of the people. They stand in the way of our economic prosperity and national security. They put us at risk.

Is a 100% export tax enough to address the ongoing problem of a greedy big oil? No, not by a long shot. There is only one solution, and that solution is nationalization of this nations oil fields. We should also take a look at natural gas, and include that burgeoning cartel as well.

But the government stands in the way.

So what can we do? In my opinion, the only way to fight these people, is to go after their god. That god is profit. We need to separate them from that. The only way to get to them, is deny them capital and profit. We can peacefully assure that not one drop of gas or oil gets to the pumps for an extended period of time. Until it hurts.

All we need to do collectively, is simple walk or drive out into the streets, highways, and interstates and sit down, or park. We could call it "Clusterfuck 2012". Aside from that, we should try our very best to make it popular to never re-elect anyone again. Impose term limits on the knuckle-draggers.

Its not so hard to do really.

All we have to do is remove money from our political system.

No Lobbying, no corporate donations or other support, and public financing of election campaigns.

You would see a far different government if it was beholding only to the people and not to corporations, organisations and Israel.

This is actually doable too.
