MSG is used in labs to fatten the mice for obesity studies and it's not to study the effects of MSG. They already know that MSG makes you fat, which is why they use it to make fat mice.

I grow what I can and freeze and can a lot of stuff. Most of the rest I buy at natural foods stores.

Also PLEASE ... make as many home cooked meals as you possibly can (using the best ingredients possible.) It's better to eat plain, simple food than to ingest all that toxic crap. Soups and stews are easy to make, and can be made in large batches, and freeze meal-sized portions for days when you can't cook.
