An interview with child abuse campaigner and award winning film director Bill Maloney on UK Column Live with Brian Gerrish, Bill himself a victim talks about institutionalised child abuse and how deep rooted he believes it is within the British system.
At the end of the video Bill Maloney confronts British politicians Harriet Harman and Ed Balls, it is very interesting to see their reactions.

Baden-Powell, the founder of the scout movement, liked to look at photos of nude schoolboys with his friend, a schoolmaster and keen amateur snapper of his pupils. This seemed perfectly natural to them, part of the healthy outdoor life. Now they would get into serious trouble.
