the ending of the "ay" returns the utterance to the original first sound and repeats...eternal rotation.

Use it as a mantra to correctly orient the parts of yourself with the parts of Thy Self.

See/feel it more than "sound" it.

a beautiful communication ark, many thanks. If I may interject I see something very similar but the virtues I am perceiving slightly different. I see the four cardinals. Justice, prudence, temperance, strength.

I am unsure of their corresponding letters, however I do know the elemental coordination.

Temperance is air.
Prudence is earth.
Justice is water
Strength is fire.

I apologize that I cannot speak as to touching the order for I am in ignorance in this point at this stage in my development.

as for touching holiness I am trying and progress is being made. It is an extremely difficult path for me.
