Plus it's supply and demand that sets the price of coal. The coal in Australia costs the same amount at market as the coal from Africa. The only difference is the profit for the person owning the mine.

OK, I am a very private person and I now have to ask each of you to stop talking about and commenting about me in public. I already have my billions - and I need no ones approval. And enough banter about my weight - at the end of the day, you are still poor, and I can diet. If all of you worked as hard as you covet my wealth, you'd maybe have a few dollars to save. Naw, you'd most likely spend it at a bar trying to impress the other potless individuals.
