Irregardless of who you want to claim is after control of the world it explains very nicely how Iran fits in that scheme.

It elaborates on the geopolitical position of Iran and the Middle East.

You can insert whoever you want to with regards as to who is behind it. The piece merely explains how whoever it is has been going about it and how the various actors are involved.

I find it perplexing how it is if as you say its perception management the guy would be trying to explain to people how dirty and duplicitous the foreign policies of Israel, The United States, Great Britiain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain are?

Most interesting is the fact that the popular democratic uprising most likely would have succeeded had the radicals not been armed by the Western Powers and their proxies. The West did not want legitamate Democratization in Syria. They want to overthrow Assad and install a friendly Repressive Regime. That is why the popular uprising fizzled and popular support evaporated.
