I hear heaven is a nicer place to live. Many of you might be happier there. Why so many delaying going there? Nervous? You need us to give you a little shove or a little more encouragement or something? What?

Vote for Obama and get more free food and stuff and another brand new shiny car. It's not bribery when you vote for personal gain, is it? Lmao

Yeah, things are messed up, on all levels.

There's nothing that isn't corrupted in this country. Is there?

Anyone? Can you think of ONE f*cking thing that is not tainted by criminal or unethical acts?

.....

Government... Oh! Government! Rotten to the damned core!
Just a festering mass of corrupted boils running this country. I want to pop them with our Constitution and our Bill of Rights!

Truth is becoming more elusive everywhere at this time.

There is no way this "government" can claim legitimacy.

They have committed and are committing absolutely unconstitutional and criminal acts. And it appears that we have zero counterbalance to this thuggery. At some point, we are going to have to stomp on these criminals or they will enslave us to the smallest detail.

I was thinking maybe your type would be happier there. Need a little "push"?

come to my country and you will think US as least corrupt in world...here clerks take bribe to release dead bodies to relatives from hospitals, judges, govt officials, police, ministers directly collect their bribe, army brass earns money on fraudulent transactions in purchase of weapons, everybody cheats everybody at highest possible level, everybody is dishonest to maximum degree....

The US will send you a bill in the mail. Put a lien on your property if you don't pay it. And will evict you the help of gun toting puppets. The US Army is also the biggest drug trafficker in the world. The US Capital is the #1 city in the country concerning the consumption of drugs. Our police force has very close ties with the criminal world... (Mafia, street gangs). Our government bombs whoever and whenever. Our politicians sell out the people to the highest bidder. I could go on and on, but I have to take a leak.

our govt is not different..the only difference is it doesn't have money and support to torture enough people..but it still tries...in fact our govt gives maximum trouble if you are poor...man we have world's largest corrupt government bureaucracy in world...our traffic cops openly take bribes, doctors routinely conduct unnecessary operations, tests;hospital workers routinely ignore poor patients and they die.lawyers routinely cheat their clients,we need so many govt papers to survive..we have to pay lot of bribes to middlemen, our army brass earns money in coffin scam for dead soldiers, our politicians have already sold their soul to highest bidder

You sure you don't live in the United States? It sounds just like the US to me. Everything you described. I have friends who work in all of the industries you all mentioned. From lawyers to doctors, to judges, you name it. My lawyer friend is on probation(by the courts) for 12 years for screwing his clients out of money(many more like him), A doctor friend who hires hookers and takes massive amounts of drugs every weekend(would you want a doctor like that, there are many of them), Commissioner who just plead guilty for cheating tax payers, judges who just got removed for fraud, the list goes on and one. I know amazing I have so many friends who started out as good people and sooner or later they became corrupt. The US is full of them everywhere..

I just love the new normal of how it's ok to get screwed by the contracts of internet, cable tv, cell phone co's, banks... pretty much all big companies, these days. Their contracts are so one-sided. These are not even contracts, they are terms and conditions given to you. You are not a party to a contract, you are a consumer and they are telling you what their rules are. You can't negotiate with them, it's their way or the highway. This really puts the consumer of any product at a disadvantage.

Does anyone remember way back when, if you had a problem financially, you call up the people you pay money to every month and they'd work out a payment plan with you? Banks would let you pay interest only for a month or 2, until you could catch up. Shit happens and sometimes people get behind. Give them a decent chance, many will try and pay their debts. Who wants to lose their car if they need to go to work in it? I used to do some bill collecting and being kind really helped everyone involved, rather than being an asshole toward them right off the bat. Look at how debt collection is now.

Very true OP, and good post by the way.

This is nothing new to most, but still needs to be said from time to time. I am looking forward to a post (perhaps from you) that has enough information we can pass on to those folks with their heads still in the sand. Gentle easy to listen to information that will actually break through to the masses who seem to become defensive whenever this subject raises it's obvious head. The system is broken, corrupt, past the point of no return.

Someone got into our heads, with big steel toed boots, cable cutters, and a chainsaw...they went to town. Neurons got exposed, curcuits got rewired. Our brain cells got obliterated... (Denzel Washington..."The Manchurian Candidate".)
