Alright I'm bored with the new episode half way through part three.

It's a big attack on the food industry, and I understand completely, they do care about profit more than the health of people, and they do try to manipulate people with the marketing on the packages.

But saying people need traffic lights on the packaging otherwise it's not their fault? Come on. This is the constant contradiction I am seeing in the world these days. We keep complaining about the world turning into a police state or nanny state, but what do lazy stupid humans want? To be nannied every step of the way. I mean seriously? People are too dumb to ignore the marketing garbage on the front of the packaging and look at the nutrition panel on the back? Geez it would be one thing if the nutrition panel didn't exist, then I could see arguing that consumers are helpless.

If you are too lazy, dumb, stupid, or in denial about the types of food you like, to look at the back of the package, and use your brain to process what a couple of the numbers and percentages mean, then in all honesty, f*ck you. Get fat and die. Stop blaming the government because they didn't draw a stop light on the package with crayons like you're a f*cking three year old.

Take some damn responsibility for yourself. The information IS already on the package. Why does it need to be color coded for your dumb ass. And then people laugh and joke about the color coded terror alert scale as if it's patronizing. Well apparently dumb asses do want things in colors so they can understand it.

Same thing with the HFCS argument. People want to demonize it rather than just accepting that you eat too much pasta, ice cream, and donuts. It doesnt matter if every drop of HFCS was replaced with real organic cane sugar, if you're drinking Coke all day and eating disgusting processed food, you're going to get fat. Trying to crucify HFCS is all about taking the spotlight off of your own personal choices and trying to blame somebody else.

I am tired of humanity wanting someone to change their diapers and wipe their dribbling chin for them. Use your f*cking brain. Or when the government steps in to take care of your brain dead ass, then don't turn around and puff up your chest and shout about rebelling against the police state.

Rant over. Eat an apple fatties.

They would do if they weren't so f*cked up on Fluoride.... Lmao

First they came for the communists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist.

Then they came for the socialists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for me,
and there was no one left to speak for me.

"if you shut the door to all errors, truth will be shut out." Rabindranath Tagare

Do you have a weight problem, a health problem, or just feel poorly? Do your own research, and try shaking up your diet radically. Think about heart disease, cancer and mental illness rates prior to the industrialized food revolution. Do you trust the department of agriculture, the medical industry, and the politicians to tell you how you should be eating? Do you think they have a sincere interest in seeing you enjoy a long, healthy and government subsidized retirement? Is there a reason most high sugar foods only naturally ripen at certain times of the year? Is there a reason people's health has declined in proportion to their increase in daily consumption of highly processed and or genetically modified high-carb foods?

The answers are out there. They are scary and maddening. You don't have to be fat, sick and depressed at any age.

If you seriously reduce your carbohydrate intake, return to eating lots of organically grown meats, fats, eggs, dairy and vegetable foods prepared at home simply and seasonally, and if you avoid processed and genetically modified foods, your health will magically return and your brain will function the way it was intended to. Turn the food pyramid upside down. Stop being cattle. Follow a program like this one for six weeks...

then, come back and tell everyone how you feel, what happens to your waistline, and what your doctor discovers when testing your blood pressure, blood sugars, and cholesterol. The proof is in the pudding and not in parroting a bunch of misinformation that we have been brainwashed into believing since first grade health class.

I looked into this two years ago, changed the way I was eating and I dropped all the stubborn middle aged fat that I was told came to everyone with age. It doesn't come with age. It comes with insulin resistance and food addictions and intolerances. You don't have to excercise madly like a hamster on a some silly wheel either to gain muscle mass and a youthful shape.

The answers are out there if you open your mind and look for them.
