Look, they are going to cut off the food stamps. I don't know how they are going to do it, but they are definitely going to do it. And it will probably happen because of "seceding" states.

The only way we won't be torn to shreds within days after this happens is start getting really active in your churches, right now, and getting prepared for crisis.

I don't get food stamps, cause I'm not an obama supporter.

I know the state is cold and untrustworthy. The churches will hold everything together.

No state will ever secede, so that can't be a reason. Entitlements won't be likely to end anytime soon either, big government loves them because it gives them leverage to use against the people if they ever decide to revolt. Stand in line with your government or we'll end your entitlements style.

hey I could slap a few of them in the face, myself, but small town variants are gonna be sanctuary when they cut off benefits. They're the only people who are gonna give a shit.

They are not set up to suddenly care for hundreds or thousands of people. If the shit his the fan like that the church people will take care of their own. By that I mean the people that have gone to that church for years. Even at that they won't do much. There is no infrastructure in place at a church to suddenly provide food for thousands of people.

The church only helps those few members that tithe 10% now days.

That is the last place you will get help; no kidding! You would have better luck begging for food in the poorest area of town because those people know what feeling hungry feels like and might take pity and help rather than spit on you. I am serious as hell about this.

RE: They're gonna cut off the food stamps, and why you should go to church
Salary of lead Pastor. Remember most churches have 4 or more pastors!

II. * Guidelines for Determining Direct Salary
A *- Minimum Monthly Base Salary 2011 (+1% of 2010) 2012 (+2% of 2011)
Fewer than 250 communicants $2997 $3057
250 to 500 communicants $3590 $3662
500 or more communicants $3918 $3996
B *- Location –
An urban or suburban congregation should add $114/month.
C - Increment for Experience –
For each year of full-time ordained (or previously commissioned service) in the church
in any locale since graduation from the seminary add:
$21/month for each year of service.
D *- Increment For Education –
For formal academic work beyond graduation from the seminary:
$45/month for a second earned Master’s degree, or
$83/month for an earned Doctorate (PhD or DMin)
A + B + C + D = BASIC CASH SALARY - for which the Pastor is required to pay BOTH income tax and
“self-employment tax” (FICA)

Additional: Housing is traditionally provided.

RE: They're gonna cut off the food stamps, and why you should go to church
So the church is paying the pastors between $3,000 to $4,000 per month plus providing housing.

Note they don't provide hardly ANY aid to their congregation on welfare now, but pay out excessive salaries like this????????????

Go to a church for help? I think that is a joke!

The example that modern churches set is what has driven the population away from being believers. They will have to answer for this in the end.
