Just thinking out loud here.. And my ridiculous thoughts should in no way be interpreted as officially sanctioned by anyone else other than myself and I expressly reserve the right to contradict and make a hideous ass out of myself in the process.....so feel free to bash away, I really don't mind at all...

Anyway.....as much as we all love to self-imagine the importance of our own words and get physically and emotionally peeved when our words aren't met with the approval that we think they deserve (and that some of us so desperately seek)....just remember....This is supposed to be a form of mutually appreciated entertainment and the open sharing of thoughts, news and ideas. If this form of entertainment doesn't make you openly laugh or feel some sense entertainment in any way at least several times per hour of reading and participating in it...then that's a probable indication that this type of entertainment is just not for you at this time, and it's more than likely affecting your health in a negative manner.

If you find your blood pressure rising and your heart rate increasing with each successive line of text you read, then it's probably not the place for you at this time.

If you can't take criticism or contrary opinion in any form without taking it personally and getting emotionally entangled and feeling the need to react by lashing out....then it's probably not the healthiest way to spend your time.

If you are unable to ignore the little things that peeve you off without your stomach tying itself into knots and you find yourself chronically whining , bitching and moaning instead of laughing and enjoying....then for your own health, safety and well being...please step away from this site (and all other forums) for awhile until you feel better about coping with contrary opinions and differing senses of humor.

I was thinking something along the same lines earlier today. About how I see people getting so worked up over shit other people do, or say, or think.

One person could state an opinion, then someone else comes along and says no your wrong and takes the opposite side. Then because they don't agree on 1 particular issue on the internet they have to be enemies now?

If you can't hear an opinion that differs with your worldview without wanting to go to war over it, then life is gonna be a bit difficult.
