Basically two entangled particles are sent down an accelerator with the same type of magnetic charge. The particles are then separated, one particle is sent down an abbreviated tunnel it's charge is recorded. The second particle contines down a longer tunnel and at it destination it's charge is flipped to an opposite charge or not. Regardless whether or not the the second charge has been flipped the first particle charge always correctly corresponds to the second particle charge.
The future determines the past in these situations.
