Easy peasy. Lemon squeasy.
All we need is a tachyon detector. And to publicize the fact that we're waiting to get a message in binary from the future. The future guys will take care of the rest. How hard can it be to build a tachyon detector? Do I have to do this myself? It will give me mastery over the world. You want that?

RE: Time Travel of Data Will End History
Quote:Objectively, time does not pass, physics reveals no such phenomenon. While subjectively we find ourselves at a specific point in time, 'now', and we appear to pass from moment to moment, physics can accommodate neither of these concepts, thus there is no explanation of subjective transtemporal reality, or how an observation could possibly be made. A solution to the puzzle is proposed based on an analysis of the logical type of the system required to explain such subjective experience. Relativity requires that we consider the dimension of time on a par with the spatial dimensions, thus making a block universe inevitable. The concept of change can be recovered by considering a sequence of definitions of the block universe, and thus the passage of time can be considered to be the change of this definition, resulting in a sequence of block universes as transtemporal reality. However, the unitary wave function must subsume all possible block universes, all possibilities exist 'already', thus there is no becoming ......................
Objectively this transtemporal process is the collapse dynamics, subjectively it is phenomenal consciousness passing through time.

Is it merely our point of reference, our consciousness which will shift? Since time has always been an illusion - are we spiraling out of it now?

RE: Time Travel of Data Will End History
It isn't the actual invention or even the messages that changes the world; the shift comes from people's attitudes and understanding. Money becomes no longer important. Religions crumble and are replaced with an environmental zealotry.
The discovery will be kept secret for a short while. Someone will risk their lives to make it known.
The ride is about to begin.

Maybe it's like what Rex Church said about TPTB's opening our dimension to another dimension with the rituals at Superbowls etc. It's more than a technical maneuver. Technology alone isn't enough to do the trick. It requires psychic resonance too.

We could take donations at LOP and make it our public project. . . . even better than an observatory/telescope. Much cooler!

I think they are already screwing around with this using two colliders.

Just want you to know that posting the link to this paper is a huge synchronicity for me. You have saved me from stepping over the edge and into the abyss.

Diana Highnight Wrote:Once the first binary code transtemporal message is able to be sent/received (probably this year) time will largely cease to exist.
Immediately, the technology to create virtual technological worlds where all from the farthest future of humanity to that moment of temporal transcendance could interact would change everything beyond imagining.

...will this be the so-called end of history...the singularity?
INB4 the end of history.
