It should be realitively easy to built the receiver. Something to record tachyons--theoretically the folks in the future would then know where to send their fist message, because they would know of the test's success already.

All we need is a tachyon detector. And to publicize the fact that we're waiting to get a message in binary from the future. The future guys will take care of the rest. How hard can it be to build a tachyon detector? Do I have to do this myself? It will give me mastery over the world. You want that?

Maybe it's like what Rex Church said about TPTB's opening our dimension to another dimension with the rituals at Superbowls etc. It's more than a technical maneuver. Technology alone isn't enough to do the trick. It requires psychic resonance too.

Once the first binary code transtemporal message is able to be sent/received (probably this year) time will largely cease to exist.

Immediately, the technology to create virtual technological worlds where all from the farthest future of humanity to that moment of temporal transcendance could interact would change everything beyond imagining.

Only the simplest of transtemporal data exchange will be required...

...will this be the so-called end of history...the singularity?
