This just means no Grand Jury..They can still arrest him without a GJ
Justifiable homocide. The county DA passed on charges and this special prosecutor knows she can not get a grand jury inditement. Now what? Pass it on to the justice department? There is no evidence to warrant a charge, no matter how many people march!
Holder will guarantee it will be take up by the "Justice" Department just to get votes for Obama.
That's all this is about. They are trying to get the black population to vote for Obama again. Before this the black population started to think against Obama and in order for him to win they brought up this old story to the MSM and it ran with it.
The poor kid is dead. It is a shame and NOW our Government, MSM, Racial Provocateurs (Jesse Jackson, Sharpton, Holder, Obama, etc.) are USING HIM!!!! They dont care about this KID! They want to use this tragedy to their advantage to better themselves. It is truly a shame that many are mindlessly following into their plans. Goes to show how f*cked up America has gotten.
Let this kid rest in peace AND NOT BE EXPLOITED!

As if you knew anything
Another member of the CNN jury? There is no evidence. 10,000,000 people marching isn't going to change the evidence
And what evidence, exactly is that?
-A guy calls the cops because he doesn't like somebody
-The cops tell him to stay put
-instead he goes out looking for trouble
-he gets his ass kicked by a boy with skittles
-uses his gun in "self-defence"

That's all that the justice system really cares about
Innocent or Guilty.. Self Defense or Murder.. If Zimmerman is not charged.. I wonder how long it will be before an attempt will be made on his life??

Holder would be stupid to touch this. The special prosecuter that was so respected, could not come up with enough evidence for a charge and there is absolutely no evidence to call this a hate crime. Obama has the black vote, no matter what. He's after the white guilt vote now

Watchman watching the neighborhood. Tired of people jacking all the neighbors shit. Trayvon, haveing a bad attitude from his second school suspension and knowing he still has to deal with Dads foot in his ass, doesn't like whitey even looking at him. Punches Zimmerman and bashes his head. George busts a cap in that ass.

anyone involved in the law should know, that, when your 'insubordination'(not following rules, etc.) results in someone elses death, you can be charged with negligent homicide.

Someone answering the phone at the police department (Zimmermans first call was not a 911 call) doesn't have the authority to order anything. Zimmerman operating as a authorized watchman for a private community has every right to question him. No charges

Yes. The difference is you just made all that up. Perhaps you need to look up the word "evidence". It's generally not stuff you made up.

How exactly does that proof go in your head? Is it something like:
if I go looking for trouble and get my ass kicked in the process it's okay to kill the dude
Is that your premise? Because if it is, you're an idiot.
I think you just proved Z's case.

I listened to 9 tapes to 911 and otherwise made to the Sanford Police Dept. I read the official police report. I seen a witness talking to a reporter through a door, the day after the shooting that said Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman and Zimmerman was screaming for help. There is plenty of evidence that says justifiable homocide. Sorry that it doesn't fit your CNN provided opinion of things. Don't you have a riot to plan?
