Your secretary of state's office should also have the voting laws.

It varys from state to state.

Rand Paul couldn't wait to endorse Romney. In one single day, he declared his father's campaign dead and then strapped on his kneepads and endorsed Romney for president.

Rand didn't even try to hold out on his endorsement in exchange for his dad being allowed to speak at the convention.
