...Prostitution is legal in designated areas of Colombia.

President Obama’s security detail has been involved in other incidents in recent months.

A federal agent with the State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security was charged with second-degree murder last November after shooting a man in Honolulu, according to news reports at the time. The agent was off duty, but was on the island to provide advance security arrangements for Mr. Obama’s visit to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.

In August, according to news reports, a Secret Service agent was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in Iowa, where he was a part of the security team assigned to prepare for Mr. Obama’s bus tour through Midwestern states.

Sounds like his forward team is a bunch of losers.

Maybe he's shrinking and turning Grey over JFK nightmares.

Not that's he's anything like JFK but the people who put him in there may have lost their use for him since he's so unpopular.
lets not forget his forward team was in the hotel the night whitney houston died doomed

RE: US Secret Service agents recalled from Colombia
This is what happens when dumbass Americans who've never really traveled anywhere go to visit any developing country. Guys end up going to some disco or whatever and some drop dead gorgeous women (colombianas are insanely hot) come over and start hanging on them, anyone that is from there would realize she's obviously a prepago (prostitute) but these morons think they are just so blown away by them that they cannot resist themselves.

So they end up in the hotel room or where-ever and after its over, the prostitute wants her money, and the ignorant american is like WTF? I didn't realize you were a prostitute and of course he doesn't want to pay. So she is pissed off and, she's going to the police (who are usually corrupt) and then the next thing you know a bunch of secret service guys are getting sent home.

I promise that is exactly what went down.

In 1966, a friend of mine and I worked in an office near the Mall (the big park area between the Washington Monument and the Capitol, where the Smithsonian and National Gallery are, about 2 blocks from the White House). While walking there after work we had a very minor run-in with the US Secret Service, which scared the snot out of both of us. For years, we believed our names were on some Secret Service data-base.

They can be scary guys, when they're not out chasing hookers.

This story is a coverup, The SS group was there for a coup. Biden was going to usurp the presidency. Expect Biden to disappear soon.

RE: US Secret Service agents recalled from Colombia
Five Department of Defense service members may have been involved in an incident of "misconduct" allegedly involving at least one prostitute that led to the removal of up to 12 Secret Service agents from Cartagena, Colombia working for the president's visit for the Summit of the Americas.

White House spokesperson Jay Carney said, "To be clear it is our understanding that it is part of the same incident."

The five service members with the Southern Command were working to support the Secret Service and are still in Colombia "because of the expertise and the knowledge that these guys have," according to Colonel Scott Malcom, Chief of Public Affairs US Southern Command.

A statement released by the U.S. Southern Command said the service members "violated the curfew established by the United States Senior Defense Official in Colombia and may have been involved in inappropriate conduct."

However, the Secret Service agents involved have been sent back to the United States because of the incident allegedly involving prostitutes.

So it does go beyond the SS.

More information being revealed on the hookergate scandal.

Now as many as 10 military officials may have been involved.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/nati...story.html

A prostitution scandal involving the Secret Service has grown in scope, with the disclosure that U.S. agents and military personnel had been with at least 20 women in hotel rooms before President Barack Obama arrived in Colombia for a summit with Latin American leaders.

Sullivan said the 11 Secret Service agents and 10 military personnel under investigation were telling different stories about who the women were.

“Some are admitting (the women) were prostitutes, others are saying they’re not, they’re just women they met at the hotel bar,” King said in a telephone interview. Sullivan said none of the women, who had to surrender their IDs at the hotel, were minors. “But prostitutes or not, to be bringing a foreign national back into a secure zone is a problem.”

“20 or 21 women foreign nationals” were brought to the hotel. Eleven of the Americans involved were Secret Service, she said, and “allegedly Marines were involved with the rest.”

King said it appeared the agency actually had “really lucked out.” If the women were working for a terrorist organization or some other anti-American group, King said, they could have had access to information about the president’s whereabouts or security protocols while in the agents’ rooms.

“This could have been disastrous,” King said.

This could be just a portion of a coup attempt or espionage.

It certainly compromised the integrity of the service detail of POTUS. Very disturbing.
ETA: how do they know that these women - these foreign nationals were NOT part of a terrorist organization?

Sure they say they are doing an investigation, but how are they going to change it so this type of activity doesn't happen again?

I cannot believe this was an isolated case. I bet this happens every time they go out of the country.

If the morals of the SS and marines are that low what is stopping them from aiding a terrorist organization for money?

And I'm also positive all this is being paid for by the taxpayers.
