i think it is effect of the chemtrail "radar chaff" of the Air Force. the spider silk/silica fusion fibers absorb moisture.

constantly, i see rain clouds and storm fronts forming in Texas, then they spray, and the rain never develops.

if your goal was an engineered collapse of the economic system, stopping the rain would fit right in with the program. you can't have world government if people continue to produce their own food.

People still have no clue what this spray does to real weather systems. They actually watch the clouds destruction and... still guessing. chuckle

It still amazes me that there are some out there that can't wrap their mind around the fact that 7 billion people using and consuming the worlds resources, and pumping out shit and spray, seeding clouds and weather manipulation has no effect on global climate. Let alone what is going on we are not aware of. I agree its not all us but to say we have no impact is just ludicrous.

It amazes me that people don't think that perhaps chemtrails ARE CAUSING global warming.

Here too, mowing lawn 3 times a week, usually it is dry when there is a drought chuckle
