So basically there are no charges. He was arrested, questioned and detained without being read his rights, or kidnapped.

The govt has opted for illegal rendition of a US citizen.

Then the govt caught red handed on tape, opted to discredit him at a mental hospital. Because at that point they had no way out and the little scam was exposed.

Good job. Now the scam no longer works.

Or are we not being told critical information? Did he have ties to alqueda like obummer does? Or some other issues? Obviously not if the only way out when caught was a mental eval.

Why is the govt and the press holding back the truth?

They probably won't charge him, they likely know it would be exceptionally difficult to. They have already done all they need/want to do. He's going to be unable to purchase firearms after his involuntary psychiatric hold until a circuit court judge restores his competency per Virgina law. Not sure what if anything will happen to his existing firearms assuming he still has any and the FBI or other LEO's have not confiscated them pending an investigation. If they have been confiscated, I would expect them to never be returned short of a lawsuit. His credibility amongst the general sleeping public will be forever tarnished once they're done dragging him through the mental hospital and putting his involuntary commitment out in the news.

I expect this to begin to happen on a more regular basis when dealing with people who won't just roll over and let the government walk all over them. People need to wake the f*ck up.

No, he's on a three-day psychiatric assessment in the hospital.

What he wrote in his FB wasn't threatening to anyone neither very unusual. It was just - sorry ladies and gents - nuts.
