Venezuela bans private gun ownership
Venezuela is finally taking a step against violence and doing the right thing.

We can only hope that this comes to America soon.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-18288430
Quote:Venezuela has brought a new gun law into effect which bans the commercial sale of firearms and ammunition.

Until now, anyone with a gun permit could buy arms from a private company.

Under the new law, only the army, police and certain groups like security companies will be able to buy arms from the state-owned weapons manufacturer and importer.

Do you understand how many murders and deaths are a result of private gun ownership. We can easily stop this by banning unauthorized and untrained people from owning firearms.

It is pointless to own a firearm.

Ok II, why not just do a nationwide campaign to TRAIN them and purchase legally? Oh wait, that makes more sense then seizing all firearms.

Remember, the first rule of a scared admin is to take the power away from the people. But that's ok, obama will make it all better. Pffft

It really is.

Obama would not take guns for power. He is not a Fascist like Bush was. He only wants to stop the violence and make America a far better country than it has ever been.

By reducing the violence we can all live in peace.

Not sure if you're just playing a character as of late or if you really believe in the b.s. that spews out of your mouth. If it's the second of the two - then f*ck you. If anybody ever tries to take my guns, they'll be shot dead - even if it means I go out with them.
