Many countries in history did not need the US constitution for people to have taken up arms to shake of oppression. You also do not need guns specifically to do it.
I think Americans should make less of a cult out of it and just do it if the time ever arrives it is needed. Talking and being bussy with it right now only feeds the military interests and the actual finance behind the US presumably growing oppression.

I don't know about you but i have had enough. What we need is to form an organization. One that the public can call upon when they need help or protection legally from the police. The Police in this country are becoming unnecessarily violent and acting more like the mafia. They need driven out.Reduced.Power removed from them.

There are still a few good police officers out there, but we all know the rest are doing it for the power they are given by the private corporation that IS NOT US. When they are on patrol there is nothing we can do from them stopping us and conjuring up some new law that maybe we have no idea is illegal. There is nothing to stop these illegal organizations from ripping us away from our families and committing vile acts against us in the name of their law.

What we need are a team of lawyers and a few overseers and a shitload of deputies that can be dispatched at any time to any location that are skilled in Sovereignty that can intercept our citizens from being arrested and held unlawfully for trumped up charges. I am not too smart on Sovereign law, this is something that needs to be taught to the average citizen. It needs to be on cards that we can hand out.

We need a way to remove these unlawful people that have been given a badge and a gun that they derive power from. We need to licensed to carry weapons ourselves. A new police. One that does not arrest it's citizens. One that does not abuse it's power. One that is not under the current illegal laws. We would still need some police, but they would not have the power that they currently wield.

A small list of acts that police have unlawfully committed and should be held accountable for:

1. shooting family pets.
2. unjust violent beatings.
3. tazing and beating the mentally and physically challenged.
4. illegal and unlawful searches.
5. disrespect for unlawfully and illegally entering private property.

these dont even scratch the surface, there are hundreds that are to be determined.

A small list of criminal acts that should remain criminal acts for them to still investigate:

1. murder.
2. rape.
3. any and all forms of child abuse.
4. alcohol and drug related- only severe cases of operating a m.v. and public intoxication not ones that are minor i.e, if the person is obviously way too inebriated to be in public. there are too many cases of someone who is going home and not intoxicated enough to be a threat.- they just need an escort.
5. robbery or theft of any kind.
6. spousal abuse

again these are few and far between and only scratch the surface.

If the people are supposedly to appoint these police to serve and protect them from criminal activity then when these situations go beyond criminal activity and the people who appointed them are the victims of police corruption then the new group needs to be brought in. We will stand for you. We will protect you from these corrupt power abusing self appointed criminals.

It has gone too far. No more should citizens fear for their lives. When you are prescribed medicine and take it correctly but then you are pulled over just going to the store and arrested for DUI- it is enough. when you want to go camping and you have your weapon in the vehicle it's none of their business. No more illegal searches, no more pulling over citizens to find things that were not even pertinent to their stop and then later saying "reason of suspicion"

I know i have missed some very important things. And i know that there are still good officers out there, but our laws have become too technical. They need to be held accountable for their unlawful actions. Police budgets around the nation needs to be cut. Police need to be fired and laid off. There are 40 city police in my town and the town is L-shaped and a total of 7 miles of main city street. from main street to the last street there are 7 streets and at least 15 police on patrol per shift. This not including 30 sheriff deputies at least 10 state troopers,10 park rangers, and 5 highway commercial police that tend to pull over regular vehicles. this is ridiculous for a town that has very little crime. most of that crime is solicited by the police.

please understand, our laws need changed, our current police need as much looking into as you would for a babysitter for your child, Our Judges need a serious reviewing. The whole judiciary system needs a rebuild.

and if that doesn't work, then we resort to our founding fathers way.

what can we do? Where do we start?

We start with ourselves. Fairbanks Alaska has a posse of citizens organized,
with radios. A couple of volunteers scan police frequencies, and about 300 of them assemble at every traffic stop, every arrest, every time the cops move on a citizen. They are armed and have cameras.

It doesn't seem to matter if they are at work or not. Like volunteer fireman.
They have agreements with employers. They don't wear uniforms or badges and they drive their own vehicles.

They show up ready to kill law enforcement personnel who get out of line
and know they themselves might be killed.

So far, it's made for some very well behaved police officers.

If you live in a city, you have to define a sector, and get volunteers
from the sector for the operation. It takes about 1500 to get 300 out
to every traffic stop and response to 911 (where victims are sometimes
arrested)

It takes men being men. (Unless a woman has been in the military
she should stay out of it)

When law is made meaningless for some, law becomes meaningless for all.

Thanks, Janus. Your post made my day. Once the cops realize they are outnumbered thousands to one and the public will respond to law enforcement breaking the law, they'll all be better mannered.

Yes, a civilian squad is the answer I agree. And as much as i hate to admit it, the ACLU has a great App that allows you to record the police and it gets sent right into their servers/hard drive for safe keeping and legal review! This is a great time in our History, this is the most power a citizen has ever have against tyranny. In the 1970's , 1980's , 1990's some people had cameras on hand most did not - people would complain about the police abuse and nothing would happen. Now we ALL have cameras and remote storage options and serious communication devices. Just DO something.
