RE: Warning! Inbound Food Shortage!
Not that I approve of alcohol, but this will show the extent of the damage:

http://www.mirror.co.uk/money/personal-f...es-1445799

"Wine warning: Shortages and "significant" price rises after "remarkable" harvests hit stocks

20 Nov 2012 02:00
a perfect storm of hail, frost and wet weather had decimated grape harvests around the world – with some down by as much as 50%"

"He told the Daily Mirror: “Wine harvests – and this is remarkable – are this year down between 25% and 35%.

"That’s the first time in my rather extensive career that I’ve seen this across the world.

“Normally if the harvest is down in Europe it is up in the southern hemisphere, but not this year.

"You’ve had a poor harvest in Australia, New Zealand and in Europe. I was in Burgundy at the weekend. The harvest is around 30% to 50% down, so there will be a shortage.

“There will be substantial shortages in some areas.”"

Warning! Inbound Food Shortage!
Joshua Flynn  Wrote:
US-wide snowstorm.

http://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-ne...-1/3522235

"With 67 percent of the contiguous U.S. covered by snow, the first day of 2013 marked the widest coverage of snow the U.S. has seen on Jan. 1 in the past ten years."

I seem to be setting quite the precedent.

Food shortages are only a temporary problem , enough people die of hunger then the balance is restored. Perhaps some sections of the globe should have stopped breeding before they reached the local carrying capacity.

mother nature bats last and the b*tch is at the plate pointing at the bleachers. if hairless fire monkeys will not breed responsibly then mother nature will solve that problem.

Politically incorrect - yes.

Truth ? Without a doubt.

The west needs to stop purging such ridiculous amounts of foreign aid into those countries.

Balance won't be restored because the extreme weather will have such a crippling effect on crops there will be little to go around. Sheer number of mouths and most people vying for control will destroy the stability of what is left. You're looking at an unprecedented disaster on a huge scale.

To the LOP guest that previously attempted to predict the weather:

Then please, enlighten us. Where will the drought next occur?

Apparently he knows everything in your future. And never gets anything wrong. Ever. Not even the met office.

Geez! Idk! Maybe Africa and the midwest. Do you want a weatherman job since you say your weather predictions are accurate and all. Then you must apply.Lmao

Nope. Midwest will see floods. Africa heavy rainwater as well.

Believe it or not, the UK will be the place to see the drought. Again.

Such is life.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/jan...uth-africa

"The floods have killed at least 10 people in Limpopo province, including three children who died when their homes collapsed during rain. Three more people are missing and hundreds have been left homeless, while several wildlife resorts have been devastated.

The South African air force is being used to rescue people affected by the flooding in remote settlements, some of which are cut off.

Flooding has also affected Kruger national park and neighbouring Mozambique, where tens of thousands of people have been evacuated from their homes."

Like I said. No drought in Africa. Just floods.
